.Have you tried out some Player versus Player combat in Lost Ark and felt as if the enemy had eyes on the back of their head? If so, here is why, and how to fix it.

Lost Ark is an MMOARPG with a dynamic combat system. The PvP aspect is one large part of the game, and if you wish to compete you will have to optimize your video setting to do so.

In your video settings, just beneath the resolution and screen options, you will find an unassuming option called Force 21:0 Aspect Ratio, whose box you may have left unchecked after finding it makes no difference at first glance.

Not enabling the Force 21:0 Aspect Ratio option gives you a blind spot at the edges of your screen, thus having less vision than your enemy. In a game like Lost Ark, vision is key to being able to counter enemy moves and act accordingly.

As Lost Ark works on most computers nowadays, with its low system requirements, it's likely that enabling this will pose no problem for any computer capable of running the game. The option works just as well on both low and high settings in the game.

This, of course, is only for hardcore PvP players, and for those of you that wish to experience the PvE side of the game, and are more into casual play, you can leave this option unchecked.
