One of the initial side quests located inside the second settlement, which you will visit during the main quest, Seat of the Sovran, is a quest involving a little girl named Flora, the one who travelled from far away on a merchant business and now is seeking a special kind of fruit for her medicine.
If you do not know where or how to collect this fruit, we've prepared a guide that will walk you through this quest step-by-step. So, without further ado, let's begin.
How to complete the Medicament Predicament side quest
There are actually three different ways to collect fruit roborant, which is required for this quest. The first and easiest way is to purchase it from the merchant inside the settlement, but you will spend some hard-earned money, and since it is just the beginning of the game, it is not highly advisable.
The second way is to combine the resources you have to make it on your own. For this, you will have to own any dried fruit, which can be made by combining two ripened fruits. Combining this fruit with greenwarish or morningtide will give you a fruit roborant.
The third way is to find this fruit not far from the Melve settlement. Exit through the northern gate and follow the path to the east. Fight off some goblins along the way until you reach the area shown on the map above. There, you will find the chest with fruit roborant within it. Regardless of the method, after you obtain the fruit, make your way back to Flora and give it to her. The reward for finishing this side quest is 500 XP, 100 G, and the Ring of Exultation.
