Ubisoft's open-world games are known for featuring numerous enemy bases, and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is no exception. Throughout the entire game, you'll encounter a considerable number of bases, but fortunately, they are predominantly designed with distinct layouts, making them relatively easier to conquer.
The bases are categorised into larger RDA bases and smaller RDA installations. The most significant level 20 base, distinguished in various aspects, is the Laser Ore Processor Alpha. Notably, this base stands out as it lacks external enemies, with all threats confined within its premises.
This guide will elucidate how to successfully conquer the Laser Ore Processor Alpha base, even if your combat strength is slightly lower. Let's get started.
How to conquer Laser Ore Processor Alpha RDA Base
The initial step is to understand how to locate the entrance to the base. Positioned on the southeast side, it is easily identifiable by the highest concentration of turrets. Either dash past the turret or discreetly navigate the left catwalk adjacent to the door, where a small passage grants access to the base.
Upon entering, you'll need to overcome four successive waves of enemies, with the final wave proving the most challenging. Adequate preparation involves ensuring you have a sufficient supply of spare parts for crafting mines for the Staff Sling and possessing a high-quality heavy bow.
In each arena, secure a vantage point and prioritise stealthily eliminating as many enemies as possible, starting with human enemies and then focusing on AMP suits. If the situation takes a turn, methodically engage one enemy at a time from an elevated position, ensuring a strategic advantage.
When you reach the final arena tasked with disabling the laser, choose the most effective strategy by climbing the stairs on the right side. Enter the tunnel through which the laser is discharged; while it poses some damage, it isn't overly perilous, relieving concerns. This tunnel serves as a strategic vantage point, allowing you to dispatch incoming enemies while maintaining cover.
Strategically position mines to ambush incoming enemies, using mines for AMP suits and a heavy bow for human enemies. Following each wave and after damaging one part of the laser, prepare yourself for the next wave by placing mines in front of the door from which enemies emerge. Employ this tactical approach, and you'll soon overcome this challenging enemy base.
