The biggest changes that Apex Legends Season 22 brought were actually within its Battle Pass. When players first witnessed what Respawn had in store, they weren't too pleased.
EA and Respawn heeded a lot of feedback and started to make it much easier for all players to level up their passes and grind out that premium avenue. It's just the season of so many rewards through the Battle Pass, so here's all you need to know: changes, getting the pass, and leveling it fast.
How to Buy the Apex Legends Shockwave Premium Battle Pass
You can purchase this Shockwave Premium Battle Pass for $10 from within the in-game store, or it can be fully earned for free by one's level of completion of various challenges.
On the other hand, in Split 2 you will be able to do so with the usual 950 Apex Coins. It is not possible in Split 1, but you will be able to unlock this one for nothing more than completing six challenges for the Premium Battle Pass.
- Play 2 matches of Trios in E-District.
- Deal 1,000 damage as a Recon Legend.
- Open 15 supply bins.
- Inflict 500 damage with Akimbos in BR.
- Play 10 levels of Battle Pass.
These challenges need to be completed before the end of Split 1, as afterwards, the Premium Battle Pass for that split will no longer be available. There will be various rewards in Split 2, so ensure that you unlock this pass while you still can.
Faster Ways to Raise Your Battle Pass Levels in Apex Legends Season 22
Complete Challenges
The quickest method of leveling up the Battle Pass is getting challenges done. The challenges are going to progress you through the Battle Pass, but they also unlock the Premium Pass for you when you are in the first Split. To view your current challenges, click on the challenges tab in the menu.
Click on the specific challenge while you are in the menu to monitor your progress and stay aware of how close you are to completing it in a match.
If some challenge happens or requires some particular Legend class and you are not sure which characters fall into that class, then open the Legend Locker tab. Each Legend will be listed under their respective classes.
Play Matches Consistently
While this may sound rather obvious, playing the game regularly helps bump up not only the level of your account but also your Battle Pass. To get to the end of the Battle Pass, you'll be playing quite consistently through the season and trying out the various game modes.
As you play matches, you will organically complete the daily and weekly challenges without thinking about them too much. This is great if you would rather play the game than actively pursue challenges.
