After Noa deliberately gets herself imprisoned in 1666: Amsterdam. the newest action-adventure from Panache Digital Games, she has to break back out once 29 days have passed and her powers return so she can continue her mission. The escape isn't a straightforward walk to the door: it takes switching between Noa and Aaron in his cat form, tracking down two separate keys, and talking to two other imprisoned sisters along the way.
One thing worth flagging before you start: don't head through the trap door at the end until you've retrieved your belongings from the chest first, or the guards waiting on the other side will kill you before you have anything to fight back with.
Step 1: Send Aaron to fetch the first key
As soon as you gain control of Aaron in cat form, leave the cell and head down the hallway to the room with the barred door. Inside, on the left side, you'll spot some kind of bar. Jump up onto it and grab the key hanging on the wall right beside it.
Step 2: Give the key to Noa and free the first sister
Return to Noa's cell and hand over the key. Playing as Noa, unlock the door and head to the second cell along, where another imprisoned sister is waiting. She'll tell you that a further key, the one needed for the room Aaron just took the cell key from, is being held by yet another sister upstairs.
Step 3: Head upstairs and track down the hidden key
Unlock the door next to that sister's cell and go up to the next floor. Speak to the second sister there, and she'll explain she's hidden the key somewhere the smell will keep the guards from ever checking, an open privy on the far side of the room, just behind the staircase leading back down. Head over and search the shelves there to knock the key loose, then pick it up.
Step 4: Unlock the barred door and retrieve your belongings
Go back downstairs and unlock the barred door with the key you just found. Once inside, look to the right for a chest sitting in the room and loot it to get Noa's belongings back.
Quick tip: Grab your belongings from that chest before doing anything else in the room. Skipping straight to the trap door downstairs leaves you facing armed guards with nothing to defend yourself with, which ends the escape rather quickly.
