CD Projekt Red have revealed possibly the most anticipated news of E3 2019 as Cyberpunk 2077 got a release date on 16 April 2020. They have also provided a look at the fancy contents of Standard and Collector's Editions for the game.

CD Projekt Red didn't skimp on the different editions of Cyberpunk 2077, not even the standard one that comes with a digital purchase. On the not-so-bright side, it seems like CD Projekt Red are slowly being dragged into offering exclusive content.

Thankfully, it is no the game itself, but rather the bonuses that come with it. Buying a digital standard edition of Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG will award fans an exclusive digital booklet. Details on the booklet are scarce for the moment but the store page does say more details are coming soon.

There will also be an additional set of wallpapers and avatars for GOG as well as some print quality posters. The avatars will be presumably used as profile pictures for GOG accounts. This is where GOG bonuses stop.

Regardless of which store one buys Cyberpunk 2077 from, they will receive a digital sourcebook, game soundtrack, a digital booklet filled with game art and a few wallpapers for both desktop and mobile. So far it sounds like a lot of Cyberpunk goodies but the best part is this is just the Standard Edition we are talking about.

Collector's Edition will feature a figurine of a male V on a bike doing a front wheelie about to shoot someone with his two guns, akimbo style. This is unfolding over someone's body that looks awfully lot like Jackie. It's probably not him but still odd to see.

The rest of the Collector's Edition contents are a physical map of Night City, an artbook and what will likely be a fan-favourite - Quadra keychain. As a reminder, Quadra is the fancy car Jackie bought and it's featured on many Cyberpunk 2077 photos, including the one in the header of this article.

Another CE bonus will be a world compendium, also physical. That's not where it stops though. There will be a steelbook, postcard from Night City and a survival guide that comes packed in an evidence bag.

Oh, and there is a pre-order incentive until 17 June 2019 that will net a 30 per cent discount in the merch store. We still encourage players to actually wait for reviews before committing their money to hype.
