Blizzard may be remastering Diablo II

Blizzard is looking for extra hands willing to do some remastering work. A recent job posting by the company for a Senior Software Engineer hints at more remasters coming our way after the recent confirmation of a StarCraft remaster.

Marshadow: a new Pokemon for Sun&Moon

More details were revealed about the newest Pokemon called Marshadow. It's a Gloomdweller and the first Fighting and Ghost type Pokemon. Details on how and when Trainers can grab Marshadow will be "announced at a future time".

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood

Patch notes for the latest Final Fantasy XIV premium expansion have been published. All players who pre-ordered the game will gain early access to the expansion tomorrow. PlayStation 3 players can upgrade to the PS4 version of the game until 31 December.

Rovio Entertainment released another game featuring a flock of riled avians. This time there's more than 100 of them and they can evolve. Angry Birds Evolution is available now for free on mobile.

Tyranny just received a DLC pack adding more encounters, a New Game Plus mode along with various other bits and a full expansion titled Bastard's Wound is coming soon.

TaleWorlds Entertainment shared two new gameplay videos and some details about their upcoming Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. The release date is still to be announced, but the developer is currently at E3.

Destiny 2 open beta in July

Destiny 2 just got its release dates for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The open beta will start on 21 July, but those who pre-order the game will be able to access it a couple of days early. Frame rates will be capped at 30 fps on the consoles. PC will be the exception to this rule.

Ashes of Creation breaks MMO crowdfunding record

Ashes of Creation has completed its run on Kickstarter with $3,271,809. That is quite a long way past the initial $750,000 Intrepid Studio needed for the project. This makes the project the most funded MMORPG on the platform to date.

Pokemon regional championships

UK Games Expo 2017 will play host to Pokemon regional championships from 03 to 04 June. There will be no age cap and the players will compete in Pokemon TCG, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.
