Zenimax Online is just one of many Xbox first-party studios that are currently working on brand-new games for Xbox Series X|S and PC. The Elder Scrolls Online developer have previously hinted that their next big title could a completely new IP, which caused a lot of buzz among the Xbox community.
So far, we know pretty much nothing about this title but some unverifiable rumours suggested that the game could be a sci-fi MMO with a lot of verticality and flying cars. Anyway, it's possible that 2024 is finally the year when we'll hear more about this new game and potentially even play it sometime soon.
Zenimax Germany Marketing Manager Marcel Hatam recently shared a list of his most anticipated games from 2024 and the list includes one unannounced title, which many Xbox fans took as a tease for Zenimax's new IP.
Since the post on Linekdin spread on the internet like wildfire, Hatam has removed the mention of this unannounced title from his list. Instead, the list now features Hades 2 as another highly-anticipated title.

Obviously, you should not take this as gospel since it's just speculation and guesswork from us and excited Xbox fans. It's certainly possible that we see Zenimax's new game this year, as it's been quite a while since the studio released a new game.
They have been busy, no question about it, with various expansions for the popular MMO The Elder Scrolls Online but Zenimax Online are a big studio with over 300 developers so it's safe to assume they have a separate team for this new title.
