Not long after Sony announced a PS Plus library, Microsoft shot back with the date on which Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get their already massive library extended by EA titles.
Xbox Game Pass will be enriched by a ton of new games on November 10, 2020, when EA Play will become available in the XGP ecosystem for the first time. PC fans will need to wait a bit before this service will be available for them as well since the initial inclusion is only for the Xbox consoles of current and next generation.
Game Pass subscribers on PC will need to wait for about one month longer as the official announcement states the EA Play portion will arrive in December 2020.
Subscribers of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and those on PC will not need to pay anything on top of their regular subscription to get access to EA Play titles.
EA Play library will include "more than 60 of EA's biggest and best console and PC games" which will include hard hitter series like Need For Speed, Sims and Titanfall.
One interesting takeaway is that Mass Effect series will also be available but it remains to be seen if the rumoured Legendary Edition will also arrive when it releases.
To top it off, some of these games will be playable even on Android devices via the cloud and no extra charge will be applied.
