A man's hangar is his sanctuary, they say. Well, they don't really say that but they might once Digital Extremes roll out Warframe's upcoming update. Dubbed Rising Tide, it will let you build a Dry Dock and assemble your own Railjack.

"Build the Dry Dock, assemble your Railjack and prepare for Empyrean. What will begin as a hangar will evolve into your sanctuary, a space to hone and upgrade your ship with powerful technology to become the weapon you’ll need", the dev wrote in the description.

If you're one of them TLDR enthusiasts, then we're talking about graphics improvements, like real-time shadows, juiced up reflections and such, as well as a quad-Tenno lineup strutting their stuff across the Origin System in just as juiced up Railjack. Moreover, you'll be able to call upon other teams to handle some aspects of your missions, which opens it up to double the co-op possibilities.

As for Rising Tide, once you've built your Warframe Dry Dock, be it with a few buddies or alone, you can start hunting for the parts you'll need in the creation of your Railjack. Needless to say, having it just the way you like it will be a big deal, since you're likely to spend a while in it when Empyrean lands.

Your Dry Dock will be used to modify your Railjack for specific missions, so there's an added level of management and planning. From those looking to steal it, to Void Storms that disable your equipment - Digital Extremes have quite a bit in store.

In accordance with the dev's usual Warframe update cadence, Rising Tide is coming soon to PC first, and we suppose it will take two weeks until PlayStation 4 and Xbox One get it. We're not sure about Nintendo Switch, as it lags behind the two, so we'll have to wait for the official news.
