Patch 14.21 introduces the Tactician's Crown update with significant system changes and new features in Teamfight Tactics. Large trait changes include buffs to Arcana and Eldritch, making them more viable.

We've got Patch 14.21, boasting the Tactician's Crown update with major system changes and new features in Teamfight Tactics. In the approach to the last patches of this mode, the balance of Magic n' Mayhem is focused on, as well as bringing back some underperforming traits and champions.

One big change is in the manner the base Chibis are sold. Starting immediately with this patch, the base Chibis will no longer be available to buy directly within the League of Legends store.

Instead, their home is moving into the Rotating Shop. This change has been put into place because nearly 99% of all players never bought Chibis directly from within the League of Legends store.

This would let the team focus more on new features and tie the Chibis' quality to the Rotating Shop with other high-tier Little Legends, such as Poro and Hamlet.

This patch also marks the farewell of the beloved Treasure Golems Portal, which had to be axed after complaints from players. Treasure Golems have served as item-filled piñatas that assist players but didn't quite reach the level of popularity it had hoped. Sadness has been manfold amongst many players in the light of this development; this will be changed for an improvement of the action gameplay in the future.
