Syphon Filter 3 could soon be added to PlayStation Plus' Classics Catalogue given that an official rating has surfaced on the Korean Rating Board.
Since the first two games from developer Bend Studio have also been available to those who subscribed to PlayStation Plus Premium, it's not surprising to see that the third game in this shooter series is also coming soon.
It remains to be seen when exactly Sony will be adding Syphon Filter 3 to Classics Catalogue, but we doubt it will take them long so expect the official announcement very soon.
If you're unfamiliar with the Syphon Filter franchise, it's a third-person stealth shooter developed by Bend Studio, known for zombie horror action-adventure Days Gone.
The game's themes include bioweapons, terrorist threats and special agents and it was one of the memorable games on PlayStation 1 and 2.
Recently, it's been revealed by former Bend Studio head Jeff Ross that Sony asked the studio if they would love to reboot the game but sadly, such an idea was dead before it was even seriously discussed.
Whether Sony have any plans to work on a new Syphon Filter game it remains to be seen but don't get your hopes up since Bend Studio are currently working on a brand-new IP.
