Helldivers 2 will receive a big update in new content with its February 6th launch of the Servants of Freedom Premium Warbond.

In Helldivers 2 new expansion, new weapons, armor sets and destructive gadgets, all with an overlord theme, will join its arsenal, with an overlord theme of unrelenting devotion to a cause. Players will have new, powerful tools at their disposal in battles, but with powerful ammunition comes powerful danger. This expansion will be available for PS5 and PC.

One of the most thrilling new additions is the B-100 Portable Hellbomb, a destructive grenade that works in a similar manner to big bombs utilized to destroy important enemy buildings. That being said, when it’s loaded, a player will have a mere ten seconds to evacuate out of range of its explosion when it blows.

For primary weapons, a new Double-Edge Sickle-LAS17 takes its place. As an upgraded, high-powered version of its forebearer, the Sickle, it carries a lot of punch but with a big caveat: firing in succession inflicts self-damage, a high-payoff, high-risk move.

New armor sets and gadgets

The GP-20 Ultimatum grenade launcher is included as an alternative to a sidearm, providing grenade-fire in in-close range combat. But firing at in-close range can kill, and its use must, therefore, be measured.

The Warbond brings two new Medium armor sets, ie, the IE-3 Martyr and IE-12 Righteous. Both have a passive skill, Integrated Explosives, in that, when killed, players will explode, and even when defeated, will leave a mark.

Additionally, the G-50 Seeker drone joins the arsenal. This self-destructing drone actively tracks down enemies before detonating on impact, making it a powerful tool for eliminating threats from a distance.

On top of these in-game additions, a range of cosmetic items, including a new emote, a range of new banners, and new capes, will allow for a range of expression in-game for individuality.
