EA and Respawn have shared the official story trailer for the upcoming action-adventure RPG Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The trailer gives us a first glimpse at some of the worlds we'll get to visit and bosses we'll fight.
With Star Wars Jedi: Survivor being just over a month away from the long-awaited release, developer Respawn Entertainment and the publisher Electronic Arts decided to drop another trailer for their action-adventure RPG sequel to the critically-acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
This time around, we're introduced to new story details as well as new characters and stunning locations that we'll get to visit in our playthroughs. The new trailer really does the Star Wars universe a proper justice since it really showcases a lot of different worlds and regions that Cal will get to explore.
In addition to this, the trailer features some story cinematics with both friends and foes. Given that the first game was already emphasizing cinematic story telling, it's not surprising to see that the sequel is only looking to improve on that.
Given that we're getting close to launch, expect to see a lot more from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in the coming weeks including fresh gameplay with focus on combat, new skills and everything else, to get you into a proper Star Wars Jedi mood.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set exactly five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. This time around, Cal is trying to discover his destiny in the darkness of the Empire with the help of his returning allies Cere Junda (Debra Wilson), Greez Dritus (Daniel Roebuck), Merrin (Tina Ivlev) and new faces like mercenary Bode Akuna (Noshir Dalal).
The story will take Cal to new but also familiar locations in the Star Wars universe, like Koboh, a home to the Bedlam Raiders.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is officially launching on April 28 for PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X|S and PC .
