Saints Row system requirements were divided into four tiers for the infographic - minimum recommended, high and Ultra. Only the minimum requirements are using 30 FPS as target performance while others are aiming for 60 in 1080p, 1440p and 4K, respectively.
All the tiers require Windows 10 operating system and 50GB of free disk space, with SSD usage being recommended. DX12 is required for everything except for minimum requirements, which works with DX11.

- CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K / AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 / AMD RX 6700 XT
- RAM: 16GB
- VRAM: 8GB
Ultra specs (4K/60)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-12600 / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080Ti / AMD RX 6800 XT
- RAM: 16GB
- VRAM: 8GB
Overall, it doesn't seem like the game is asking for too much when it comes to hardware requirements but it does seem that the art style could have allowed for better opttimisation.
The reviews should start pouring in on August 22, 2022, which is going to be the proper opportunity to see how the game performs in reality.
