Rainbow Six Siege Pro League finals are coming up next month

Published: 15:24, 12 April 2018

Rainbow Six Siege's Season 7 is coming to a conclusion next month when the best teams from Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America come up against each other. The event will have a prize pool of ~£176.000 or $275.000 USD.

Rainbow Six Siege Pro League Finals returns to North America this time around, and the venue will be Harrah's Resort Atlantic City. The event will take place on 19 and 20 May 2018. Participants will include two teams from each of the four represented regions, which makes it a total of eight teams that will be duking it out for the top prize out of the ~£176.000 or $275.000 prize pool.

Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, will also have lodging available for any attendees that might be coming from other states. These costs are evidently not covered in the 20$ tickets which are pretty much the entry fee for the event, so additional fees may be applied.

On the bright side, the first 500 attendees will receive a bunch of loot, packed in Rainbow Six Pro League bags. The contents will include lanyards, wristbands, branded water bottles, 1200 R6 Credits and some other, unmentioned goods. The takeaway from the loot bag are the R6 Credits, since 1200 of them normally cost £7.99 or $9,99 so it is basically a 50 per cent rebate on the entry fee. Tickets can be bought on .

Seventh season of Pro League began in March and it is the last one that will follow the three-month-season format, with the next season kicking off the six month version. This new format also means Ubisoft will be appearing at four Dreamhack events during the competitive year.

These Dreamhack events will be somewhat smaller in size and each will have a  ~£35,000 or $50.000 USD prize pool. Exact venues will be announced as each Dreamhack approaches, but the cities hosting the event will be Austin, Texas ; Valencia, Spain and Jönköping, Sweden.
