Players can view serial numbers for their devices in these menus:
- Console Serial Number: Settings - System - System Software - Console Information - Serial Number
- DualSense Controller Serial Number: Settings - Accessories - General - Advanced Settings - View Serial Number
This option will help with product identification and technical support, particularly for players with multiple controllers or consoles.
Controller and System Improvements
Sony has also released an update to the DualSense Edge controller to improve the stability and reliability of the device. The update also improved the on-screen display of messages, making system notifications easier to read and understand.
