Niantic are preparing another event for the next week in Pokemon Go and here are all the details you need to know about it.

Festival of Lights 2022 is starting on October 14, 2022, at 10:00 am local time and the Pokemon Go event will last until October 17 at 8:00 pm local time.

While celebrating illumination, trainers will be able to find Morelull, a Pokemon debuting in in the game, as well as evolve it to Shiinotic by using 50 Morelull candy.

Event bonuses will include:

  • Increased chance of encountering Shiny Chinchou
  • 2× XP for catching Pokémon
  • 2× Candy for catching Pokémon
  • Uncense activated during the event will last for two hours

  • Magnemite*
  • Chinchou*
  • Litwick
  • Litleo*
  • Helioptile
  • Dedenne
  • Morelull
  • Galarian Ponyta*

Pokemon marked with a star can appear in their Shiny form.
