Path of Exile coming to Xbox One later this year

Path of Exile will be available in its free-to-play form on Xbox One this year. The popular ARPG by Grinding Gear Games will make the transition from PC to console almost unchanged.

A few modifications are to be expected, specifically in the way flasks are handled, how certain skills are targeted and some general UI changes. Xbox One players of the game will be playing the game on their own realms, separated from PC players.
