Blizzard has planned another Winter Wonderland event for Overwatch. This year will see legendary skins and passes for Black Forest. The Black Forest will also host Mei's Snowball Offensive. Yeti Hunt will only be available during the event.

You know it's been a good day when you get a one-take developer update from Jeff from the Overwatch team. The Holiday season creeps ever nearer and Overwatch will start celebrating on 12 December when the Winter Wonderland returns to the game.

New Legendary skins are in the pipeline, so if you missed a Legendary skin this past Halloween event, it's your time to shine. We don't know who's getting a skin exactly, but a couple of characters have been name dropped by the Jeff. First up - Hanzo. Jeff said that we've already seen the new skin in an Overwatch comic. So there's that.

Junkrat and Roadhog will also be sporting some new threads by the time the Winter Wonderland event wraps up.

Seasonal passes will are also making a comeback. This year, the Black Forest arena will have a seasonal pass. Additionally, Mei's Snowball Offensive has been moved to the Black Forest, but still remains available to play in Antarctica.

This year's Winter Wonderland will feature a new event named Mei's Yeti Hunt. The event will essentially be a boss fight between five Meis and one Winston. The Winston, ahem Yeti, will be controlled by another player.

Team Mei will run around the Nepal map trying to catch Winston before he goes into Primal Rage. Winston on the other hand, will scavenge for power-ups, in this case meat to fuel his Primal Rage.

Once Winston goes into Primal Rage, it's Meis' turn to run. Mei has a special ability in the Yeti Hunt - she can lay ice traps. If enough Meis die, well, Winston wins.

Have a happy holiday season.
