Besides the pile of technical issues Overwatch 2 is showing, there are also those that show a lack of design quality, like the Cleaning House challenge which relies on getting lucky more than it does on something a single player can do in a team-based game.
It gives players a week to score 20 team kills and now that the end of the first week is nigh, people are complaining about the difficulty of the task while having a fear of missing out on the reward.
In this case, two wrongs kind of make a right - the need to complete the arduous challenge is cancelled by the horribly low value of doing it. In other words, if you convert the amount of Credits you get into real-life currency equivalent, completing the challenge is equal to roughly $0.1.
Having to go through the trouble of chasing team kills for a week is hardly justified by the payoff so you might as well just skip it. On the other hand, if you are hell-bent on completing the challenge, there are a few things you can do to increase your odds.
Queueing up for Mystery Heroes is your best bet because teams here don't have proper compositions, meaning kills are much more frequent, which also means team kills happen more often.
Second, you are more likely to have impact on the chances of getting a team kill by setting it up for your teammates rather than hoping to get lucky with a Genji ult or something along those lines. Pick a hero that can line up an entire enemy team for your damage dealers and keep an eye on their ults.
The best example here would be if you played Zarya in order to catch the opposing team in your ult where they are easy to pick off by AoE. Junker Queen is also a great pick because her ult can prevent healing on an entire enemy team which is a great setup for a wipe.
Still, good luck keeping up and don't get too stressed over 10 cents.
