World of Warships now has five ship classes, with the submarines being the latest addition but the roster will just keep getting richer in the future.
However, according to Wargaming's roadmap, it will first be Japanese Light Cruisers that will join the fray, with these vessels coming to the game during the autumn of 2022. Since winter begins on December 21, this leaves us with just under two months before these ships set sail, so to speak.
Speaking of winter, US hybrid battleships are planned to release during that time period, so the aforementioned Light Cruisers will hardly have time to get old before it happens.
More submarines are arriving in the future as well, with the British fleet being in the testing phase currently but there is no ETA on them.
Meanwhile, there will be plenty of seasonal and thematic events to go along with all these releases. Halloween is the imminent one but Black Friday and winter events are coming in not long after that.
During this time, a new map will also be released, set in the Seychelles archipelago which will bring some warmth, or least a sensation of it through the screens during the cold autumn and winter months.
