Amazon Game Studios launched a Twitch Drop campaign for New World where the players can earn the Wasteland Wanderer skin set, which can be applied to any type of armour.
The promotion will run from July 6 to August 3, 2023, so you have around one month to get enough view time on Twitch in order to get all the pieces.
Each piece can be obtained by watching two hours of a stream that has drops enabled but the sequence in which you get them is not correct on the official announcement.
Namely, it states that the hat is the first drop you can claim after two hours, followed by the chest piece at four hours, gloves at six hours, pants at eight hours and boots at 10 hours watched.
However, the correct sequence in which you can claim the drops is:
- Gloves
- Boots
- Pants
- Hat
- Chest armour
Considering that the coat is likely the most attractive part of the costume, with the hat being the second in line, it was hard to believe the shot callers would allow any of them to be obtained before the gloves, boots or pants.
Keep in mind that you will have to claim each item manually whenever you cross a two-hour threshold or the progress won't continue to count. In other words - you will spend more time on streams than necessary if you don't pay attention to the progress bar.
