A new bundle has appeared on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare store and surprisingly, it includes a watch that shows death and kills counter. The full bundle costs $20.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a great game but it is not without its flaws or disadvantages. Players have been asking for a couple of missing features ever since the game released earlier this year, and some of these have been added in recent updates but death counter is the one that is still missing from the scoreboards.

Many feel that is absolutely absurd for a Call of Duty game but Infinity Ward are trying to make Modern Warfare a toxic-free title for everyone that want's to play it. The removal of death counter is one of the measures that the devs took to achieve this, but the hardcore Call of Duty fans are not happy with this.

To make things worse, the latest addition in the in-game store feels like a slap in the face to many players who asked for death counter on scoreboards. Named Mother Russia, the latest bundle comes with ten items including new emblems, calling cards, skins and wait for it, a watch that shows death count.

Yes, there's a watch that you can buy for $20 if you want to see your death count during the match. It's a Legendary item called Time to Die and as you can see from the screenshot above, it shows both kills and deaths. The watch is not available as a separate purchase and you can only get it if you pay for the full bundle, which costs $20.

As expected, players are frustrated with the fact that the watch cannot be purchased on its own. To be fair, the bundle comes with a lot of cool stuff and it's probably worth the money but not everyone will like every piece of cosmetics that are included in the pack.

Whether Infinity Ward and Activision change their strategy and offer each piece at an individual price, it remains to be seen. At the moment, this seems unlikely, but who knows, they could change their mind if the community raise their voices as they did after the removal of Shoot House 24/7.
