Monster Hunter: Rise developer Capcom have been pretty busy with previews of the in-game weapons, and the latest trailers are all about Charge Blade and Hunting Horn.

You can also check out the trailers for the Bow and Dual Blades here, or head over here for some of that Switch Axe goodness.

As for the latest teasers, Capcom appear to have saved some of the coolest looking weapons for last.

"Dynamic, crushing potential. The Charge Blade weaves together an empowered sword and stout shield to make up a mighty axe. Charge it up in sword mode, then unleash devastating attacks in axe mode", they wrote about the Charge Blade.

Monster Hunter: Rise players should love the Morphing Advance, which unleashes the force of a heavy axe onto the poor critters of the land. Counter Peak Performance, on the other hand, put up the shield and deposits all the hits you take into your phials, priming you for one hell of a counterattack.

The more musical of today's weapons, the Hunting Horn, is described by Capcom as, "Rhythmic, heart-pounding hits. The Hunting Horn smashes through the charts with powerful moves that stun monsters and buff your hunting party."

Its silkbind attack Slide Beat claims to be playing a "dirge of the soul", and it sure looks like it. The other silkbind attack is Earthshaker, which drives an Ironsilk-bound blade into a target, and then uses sonic vibrations to explode inside and deal massive damage.

If you're even more interested in Monster Hunter: Rise after this, you should know that Nintendo Switch owners are getting a free demo sometime in January 2021, so you can try before you buy.
