YouTuber Arekkz Gaming has reached out to Capcom Community Manager Josh 'Socks' Dahdrai and got answers to some hot questions about Monster Hunter Rise.
Monster Hunter Rise has been confirmed for Nintendo Switch. The game's release date has been set for March 26, 2021. Even though the launch is still months away, some exciting details about the game are cropping up all over the internet.
YouTuber Arekkz Gaming has been collecting bits and pieces of facts regarding Monster Hunter Rise and insider information about the game from Capcom Community Manager, Josh 'Socks' Dahdrai, several of which have found their way into a new video.
Arekkz reached out to Dahdrai who unveiled that the team plans to provide free content after the game's launch. He also divulged that Monster Hunter Rise will be a traditional, yet fresh take on the series and that the dev team has their sights set on 30 frames-per-second.
According to Arekkz, Monster Hunter Rise won't be an open-world game in a traditional sense. It will have a couple of different maps and players will be able to seamlessly traverse the world without those pesky loading screens.
Looks like some new monsters are on the way, and there will also be a variety of other creatures inhabiting the world of Monster Hunter Rise. Reportedly, the coming months will bring more creature showcases. One of the key features of Monster Hunter Rise will be its wide variety of monster types.
Even though Monster Hunter Rise is not a numbered entry in the franchise, it is not going to be a spinoff game and it will introduce some new mechanics to the series.
Monster Hunter Rise will launch on 26 March 2021 for Nintendo Switch. The launch will be bolstered by three amiibo figures which will be exclusive to specific stores depending on your location.
