List of item changes and additions in League of Legends preseason

League of Legends' next preseason is changing the itemisation options which means some will get removed, others altered and some items will be introduced or even reintroduced.

Riot Games are shaking up the League of Legends meta through huge item changes once again but all the mage enthusiasts will likely be happy to see one of the fan-favourite items return as Rod of Ages makes a splash entrance once again.

Mythic items in LoL preseason 13

  • Icathia's Endurance
    • 400 health
    • 30 armour
    • 30 magic resistance
    • 20 ability haste
    • Voidborn Resilience: Gain three armour and magic resistance per second while in champion combat. At max stacks, the value is doubled and you drain four per cent health from surrounding champions and one per cent from minions and monsters
    • Mythic passive gives five armour and magic resistance to other items
  • Radiant Virtue
    • 400 health
    • 30 armour
    • 30 magic resistance
    • 20 ability haste
    • Guiding Light: Gain 10 per cent max HP for nine seconds upon using ultimate. While empowered, you and nearby allies gain 25 non-ultimate ability haste and heal for 1.5 per cent max HP every three seconds, which increases based on missing health
    • Mythic passive gives Legendaries 100 HP
  • Iceborn Gauntlet
    • 400 health
    • 40 armour
    • 20 ability haste
    • Spellblade: Your next attack does 100 per cent base AoE physical damage as bonus after using an ability. Creates a frost field for 2.5 seconds that slows enemies for 15 per cent plus 0.003 per cent of your max health. Primary target is slowed for double the amount and deals 10 per cent less damage to you for 2.5 seconds
    • Mythic passive gives Legendaries 50 HP, five per cent Tenacity and slow resist
  •   Goliath's Ascendiary
    • 800 health
    • 200 per cent base health regeneration
    • 20 ability haste
    • Colossal Consumption: Charge a 600-range attack that targets a champion. It deals 50 plus 10 per cent of your max HP as bonus damage and heals you for the same amount. The attack gives you permanent bonus HP equal to 15 per cent of damage dealt. Cooldown 30 seconds per target.
    • Mythic passive gives Legendaries one per cent health increase and six per cent champion size
  • Rod of Ages
    • 60 AP
    • 300 health
    • 300 mana
    • Gain 20 health and mana as well as four ability power per minute, up to 10 times. At max stacks, gain a level but the cap remains at 18
    • Mythic passive grants legendaries five ability haste

Non-mythic preseason items

  • Catalyst of Aeons
    • 225 health
    • 300 mana
    • Eternity: Restore mana equal to 15 per cent champion damage taken and health equal to 20 per cent mana spent, up to 15 per cast. Toggled abilities heal up to 15 HP per second
  • Abyssal Mask
    • 500 health
    • 300 mana
    • 40 magic resistance
    • 10 ability haste
    • Eternity: Restore mana equal to 15 per cent champion damage taken and health equal to 20 per cent mana spent, up to 15 per cast. Toggled abilities heal up to 15 HP per second
    • Unmake: Curses nearby champions, reducing their MR by five plus 1.5 per cent bonus health to a maximum of 25. For each cursed enemy, you get nine magic resistance
  • Sunfire Aegis
    • 400 health
    • 50 armour
    • Immolate: Taking or dealing damage triggers 15 per cent plus 1.75 per cent bonus health AoE magic damage ticks to nearby enemies. Minions take 25 per cent more damage, jungle monsters 150 per cent. Damaging champions or epic monsters adds a stack up to a six-stack maximum, each increasing the damage by 10 per cent
  • Turbo Chemtank
    • 450 health
    • 50 magic resistance
    • 10 ability haste
    • Supercharged: Grants 40 per cent movement speed towards enemies or turrets for four seconds. After that or upon reaching an enemy, slow all enemies in an area around you by 40 per cent for 1.5 seconds
  • Randuin's Omen
    • 400 health
    • 70 armour
    • Active: Slow nearby enemies by 55 per cent for two seconds, 60 second cooldown
    • Passive: Reduce incoming damage from basic attacks by five plus 0.35 per cent maximum health, capped at 40 per cent damage reduction
    • Passive #2: Critical hits deal 20 per cent less damage to you

    • 65 attack damage
    • 300 health
    • 20 ability haste
    • Passive: Non-ultimate abilities gain flat six plus 10 per cent bonus AD (melee) or flat four plus six per cent bonus AD (ranged) ability haste. Halves for immobilising spells
    • Passive #2: Gain up to 15 or 10 per cent (melee/ranged) increased movement speed based on missing health, maxed out at 33 per cent health
  • Ravenous Hydra
    • 65 attack damage
    • 20 ability haste
    • nine per cent Omnivamp
    • Passive: Cleave enemies adjacent to your target for 60 per cent (melee) or 30 per cent (ranged) physical damage
    • Passive #2: Gain 0.5 attack damage and 0.1 Omnivamp per enemy kill, stacking up to 50 times. Lose half stacks on death
