With Lies of P just around the corner, the publisher Neowiz have dropped another interesting trailer that focuses on the game's unique "Weapon Assemble" mechanics.
As the name suggests, this gameplay mechanic pretty much allows players to take two weapons and combine them to create a brand-new, powerful weapon.
In the trailer, which you can check out above, the developer handpicked some of these combinations, showcasing how the new weapon can bring more powerful attacks and combos to combat.
The dev team states that players will have hundreds of possible combinations to create their perfect weapon, which is certainly an incredible number if the assembled weapons are truly unique items.
Additionally, the weapon showcase trailer also gives us a glimpse at some of the legendary unique weapons in Lies of P. Our favourite was the last one, Oroboros' eye, which is some sort of a circular cutting tool, that absolutely shreds enemies.
One thing that we found particularly interesting is how enemies react to various weapon combinations. It does appear that some enemies can be easily staggered if you're using the right weapon, which adds another layer of depth to the combat.
We have to say that Lies of P really continues to look great as it heads towards its release on September 19, 2023.
Lies of P will be coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
