Targeting streamers seems to be a growing problem in League of Legends, and Riot Games are not doing anything to stop the issue from ballooning, with many high-profile players thinking of quitting the game.

We all know that League of Legends streamers, and streamers in general, attain infamy hand in hand with fame, and get allies that troll their games due to hate. Gambling, on the other hand, is a completely different matter, and Riot Games have not given the answer to this problem.

Recently, Tyler1 has had issues with win traders appearing more and more in his games, and quite a few have been targeting him specifically.

A new issue has popped up though. His on-stream games are now a target of Chinese betting sites, which has caused quite a  few issues to the most reformed player in NA.

His answer to this was to bet on his own games, trying to get himself blacklisted from the sites or force Riot Games to act by obviously breaking the rules, whichever works.

The success of this endeavor is in question though, as there is no possible way to deal with all of the gambling sites in China, while Riot Games have known about this problem for years now, with even Faker having issues and even then nothing came of his outrage.

It seems that every day, high-elo games are becoming more and more of a slave to making money via betting on games, and then throwing them intentionally, and Riot Games are not doing anything to combat it.
