Riot Phlox is a Riot Games developer we are used to seeing whenever League of Legends balance changes are in question.
As such, he has been a part of quite a few preseason previews and is the main source of our patch previews.
All that aside, however, we witness a time where a different set of rules applies to the professional players, and a different set of rules for the rest of the player base.
Recently, Riot Phlox was called out for his streak of bad games on Ryze, where his deaths would be in the double digits a few games in a row.
This caused the automatic system RIot Games has in place to flag his account and give him a 14-day ban. However, the ban did not last nearly as long.
As soon as he got back to work the following day, it seem, the Rioter in question unblocked himself and continued to play the games in a similar manner.
To make matters worse, it seems like he is aware of what he's done, and what kind of games his team mates had to go through, as a picture in his Discord chat reveals him posting a screenshot of the ban, with a message:" Guess I shouldn't have played Ryze".
