Riot Games has made changes in patch 13.3 to adjust various champions and reduce early jungle presence. They also released Ahri ASU and Aurelion Sol CGU in the same patch, which received positive feedback. However, Aurelion Sol was too strong, so Riot hotfixed him in subsequent days. Despite the fix, he remains powerful in certain matchups.
In the current patch, League of Legends will adjust the recent meta, including ADC supports, early snowballing, and jungle clear speed, and give some champions well-deserved buffs. Phroxzon shared this information on Twitter, giving players a sneak peek of what to expect in the next patch.
Riot also released two highly anticipated updates, Ahri ASU and Aurelion Sol CGU. While both were well received, Aurelion Sol was too powerful in some matchups, and Riot hotfixed him soon after. In patch 13.4, Riot will continue to make adjustments to the meta, and certain champions will receive significant buffs.
Viego
Once hailed as one of the most overpowered champions in League of Legends upon his release, Viego has since undergone a series of nerfs and is now considered the weakest jungle champion in the game. With a mere 47.57% win rate and a 4.7% pick rate, he is far from his former glory.
However, there is hope for Viego as Riot plans to boost his performance in the next major update. The developer aims to bring him up to par with other jungle champions through a series of buffs that will hopefully make him a more viable option in the game.
Aphelios
Upon his release, Aphelios was a dominant force in League of Legends. However, he has since declined in strength and is now considered the weakest ADC champion in the current meta. In fact, he is in dire need of a buff as he has not received any upgrades since the durability patch.
With a measly 46.16% win rate and a mere 2.7% pick rate, Aphelios is struggling to keep up with the competition. As with Viego, Riot plans to boost his performance by providing him with much-needed buffs to bring him back up to par with other champions in his category.
Ahri
It took over a year, but Ahri fans can finally rejoice as she has received her highly anticipated ASU. The update included impressive changes such as updated visuals, voice-overs, and new splash art, all perfectly suited for her. However, her gameplay still lags behind other mid-lane champions in terms of modernity.
Currently, Ahri's win rate stands at a modest 48.77%, and her pick rate has risen to 8.3% as players are eager to try out the updated version of the champion. To further elevate Ahri's gameplay and make her more competitive in the game, Riot has decided to buff her in the upcoming major patch.
