We all know that League of Legends streamers, and streamers in general, attain infamy hand in hand with fame, and get allies that troll their games due to hate. Gambling, on the other hand, is a completely different matter, and Riot Games have not given the answer to this problem.
One thing they paid attention to, is the problem of AFK players, which has been resolved with the new AFK timers implemented in the game with patch 12.22.
However, players are now saying that the timers are too short, and go off for players that are only going away from their PC to take a bite to eat, while the game begins, or for the Teemo players that are waiting in a bush to ambush enemies.
A Riot Games developer, however, responded by saying: "The pop-up is at around 60 seconds since your last input and it takes 90 seconds of no input to trigger a remake option, and we think it’s a reasonable ask for folks to click something in a 60/90 second window."
With these numbers, it seems that players will have to adapt to the game starting from the moment they load, and not from the moment the minions spawn.
After all, we can't have our cake and eat it too, can we?
