System Buffs

Riot is enhancing multiple magic damage items to enable burst mages to compete more effectively.

  • Bloodletter’s Curse now provides players with more health and AP along with enhanced MR shred properties.
  • Lich Bane features a more affordable build path and reduced cost.
  • Luden’s Companion – Total cost reduced.
  • Malignance – Slight AP increase.

  • Supersonic no longer forces Quick Cast.

Horizon Focus

  • New Recipe: Fiendish Codex + Fiendish Codex + Blasting Wand +  350 =  2900.
  • Old Recipe:  Fiendish Codex +  Fiendish Codex +  Amplifying Tome +  600 =  2700.
  • Ability power increased to 110 from 75.
  • Removed: Hypershot no longer applies a debuff that amplifies damage dealt to revealed enemies by 10% for 6 seconds (reduced to 3 seconds when applied via Focus).

Stormsurge

  • Total cost reduced to  2800 from  2900.
  • Combine cost has been reduced to  800 from  900.
  • Movement speed increased to 6% from 4%.
  • Removed: Stormraider no longer grants 25% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds upon applying Squall.
  • Removed: Squall no longer awards  30 if the afflicted champion died before the lightning struck them only.

Unsealed Spellbook

  • Cooldown reduced to 240 – 90 (based on unique swaps) seconds from 300 – 150 (based on unique swaps)
