Thanks to some internal documentation that was leaked, we have a full look at what rewards players can expect from the upcoming LoL Pandemonium Act 1 Battle Pass. As Season 2 is set to launch on April 29, players should expect this pass to be shorter than Riot’s previous events.
The leaked Battle Pass is set to start on April 29 and end on June 9 with complete deactivation on June 10. With Riot confirming they will be shrinking Act 1 down a bit, players will have less time to grind out all 56 levels.
However, that shouldn’t discourage players from grinding as it does seem like there will be plenty of loot, cosmetics, and progression rewards to unlock for free players and Battle Pass purchasers.
Full Reward Breakdown and Key Highlights
The free track includes a handful of chests and keys such as Hextech Chests and Keys, Champion Capsules, even throwing in a Glorious Champion Capsule. There are multiple champion permanents to unlock such as Annie, Kindred, and Shaco.
Players will also earn Blue Essence, an icon, an emote, and a unique title. While the free track does not contain any exclusive high-end cosmetics, there is enough to keep free players occupied during the event.
The real rewards come from purchasing the Battle Pass and grinding the premium track. Players who complete the premium track will receive Fiendish Frenzy Orbs, Fiendish Mystery Skin rewards, Ancient Sparks, Orange Essence, and Mythic Essence. There are a few cosmetics such as emotes, icons, even a Season 2 ward skin spread throughout the progression.
The real prize for players here is obviously Prestige Pandemonium Shaco that players can unlock at level 48. This will likely serve as the primary reason players will want to grind the Battle Pass. As for Shaco, this is most likely going to be one of the better skins from the whole Pandemonium season.
With Act 1 almost here, it’ll be interesting to see how this Battle Pass actually shakes out. From what we can see from the leak, Riot is going more Loot-based rewards rather than locking a player into multiple fixed skins.
