Epic Games have rolled out the 6.10 update to Fortnite: Battle Royale and as we expected, it brings the quadcrasher, the game's new quad bike, a new events tab for in-game tournaments and the recently data mined Disco Domination LTM.

Fortnite's new addition, the quadcrasher, is showing serious promise, both in terms of solo play and duos. As you can see from the video, the quadcrasher an absolute beast when its boost-meter is put to use, smashing buildings and launching players into the air.

Quadcrasher's boost meter is filled by just driving around, leaving it to Fortnite's players to decide when to go full throttle. Going for big air has never looked as exciting though, even more so when scoring points for your teammates emote based acrobatics in the back.

Fortnite's new Events tab has already been leaked, by Epic no less, and later , revealing several upcoming tournaments. All the tournaments and competitions will be located in the new tab, along with the exact date and time.

It's sort of an open online competition system, which bridges the gap between high-level Fortnite play and more casual takes at Epic's monster. The company stressed however that entering new competitions starts you off with a clean slate, so sucking for longer periods will not affect your standing at a later date or anything.

The 6.10 update also brings changes to Fortnite's Disco Domination LTM, Epic's dance-happy exploration of the game's multiplayer capabilities. The company reduced bandage spawns by 50 per cent, removed all common weapons, reduced maximum respawn distance by 20 per cent and more.

Port-a-Fortress keeps being a pest and it's been removed once again, with Epic boosting Port-a-Fort's drop rates until its big brother is properly fixed.

Epic also claims that Fortnite's 6.10 update comes with "major performance improvement for devices running Android 7 or earlier", as well as iOS memory improvements.

As usual, the patch brings a plethora of other changes and tweaks and you can check it out in full in in Fortnite's 6.10 patch notes .
