Hogwarts Legacy for Nintendo Switch has been cancelled for the fourth time now. The new release date is set for November 14, 2023.
If you own a Nintendo Switch console and expect to play Hogwarts Legacy on it, we have some disappointing news for you. Hogwarts Legacy has been postponed once again for Nintendo's console, so instead of being released in July, it will now be available on November 14, 2023.
This is already the fourth time Hogwarts Legacy is being postponed for the Nintendo Switch, which raises some serious red flags. Some fans are even afraid that these delays will ultimately mean that Hogwarts Legacy will never make it to this Nintendo console.
Such concerns are understandable, given that the Switch's hardware is fairly old and likely struggles to handle the basic graphics settings of Hogwarts Legacy. The Nintendo Switch recently had a similar problem when Marvel's Midnight Suns was cancelled due to the same reasons.
On the other hand, Warner Bros. 's recent announcement that they expect bigger sales on Nintendo Switch than on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One combined is somehow encouraging that the cancellation scenario won't happen in the end. In any case, it remains to be seen whether we will eventually have the opportunity to play the best-selling game in 2023 on the only remaining platform.

Hogwarts Legacy has been released in two phases so far. First, the game was released for PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X|S , and PC in February, then in April for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One , and Nintendo Switch should be the last platform on which the game is planned to be released.
