Ubisoft are hosting a free weekend for their tactical shooter Ghost Recon: Breakpoint to allow everyone to experience the game's new features, which include the new immersive mode and many other community-requested changes.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is going free to play for a limited time. You will be able to try out the brand new features that were added in Title Update 2.0 starting on Thursday, 26 March 2020.
During the free weekend, players will get to experience the full game, with all post-launch content also included. This means you'll get to hunt the Terminator and team up with Splinter Cell's Sam Fisher.
Any progress you make during the free weekend will carry over to the full game if you decide to purchase Breakpoint.
The free weekend will be available worldwide along with a pre-load option for those with slow internet connection. Pre-load is live now on PC, both Uplay and Epic Games Store. Check out the image below for more details.
Just yesterday, Ubisoft officially launched Title Update 2.0 for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, which introduced the long-awaited immersive mode.
The new mode allows players to tweak gameplay settings and create their own way to play the game. As you may know, the majority of players disliked the way Breakpoint was designed with tier-based loot and other restrictions.
Hopefully, the new Immersive mode will be a suitable solution for these "issues".
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is available now on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
