With all the recent leaks about many Genshin Impact characters, we have decided to extract all of the information there currently is about one of the upcoming characters - Yae Miko.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
Yae Miko has certainly become one of the fan-favorite characters in Genshin Impact. She has already made two appearances in the last two update previews (2.0 and 2.1) and according to the recent live stream, she will be the main character that takes us through the second part of Inazuma.
A credible Genshin Impact leaker called UBatcha1 has apparently revealed that at the moment, Yae Miko is scheduled to be released after Kokomi, but these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt. This would mean that she could be released as the first banner character of the 2.2 update which should drop around October 15.
Recent leaks have revealed a bunch of interesting characters like Gorou, Kokomi, Shogun, Sara and others. Today we will answer all the common questions about Yae Miko. Even though we have no official confirmation, she will probably be an Electro character based on her purple-themed design during the patch live stream.

There are no official information, nor credible leaks describing Yae's weapon of choice. Although it wasn't directly mentioned during the live stream, it's safe to say that Yae will be one of the most important characters of Inazuma. There are multiple leaks claiming that she will be a new five-star character when it comes to her rarity.
