A recent leak by a credible Genshin Impact leaker has revealed that we might get two brand new costumes for popular characters - Keqing and Ningguang.
Genshin Impact has taken the gaming industry by storm and the player base keeps growing by each day. The release of a new character is probably one of the most exciting events in the game for the majority of the community.
A couple of months ago miHoYo decided to introduce costumes for two characters in the game, Barbara and Jean. Both of them got a Summer-themed costume which were obtainable through the in-game shop. However, there wasn't mention of any new costumes over the last couple of months, until a couple of days ago.
According to a credible Genshin Impact leaker called Ubatcha1 , we might get two new costumes for two Liyue characters - Ningguang and Keqing. Skins will probably become more frequent in the future since they are closely tied to the game's most prominent segment which is its characters. Further on the leaker reveals that Ningguang's skin will apparently be given for free.

The official Genshin Impact Twitter account has already made clear that Thoma is probably the next character to be released. Recent leaks have revealed a bunch of interesting characters like Gorou, Tohma, Yae Miko and others.
There is no official information, nor credible leaks revealing Tohma's rarity. Many players are speculating that he could become a slightly weaker, four-star version of Hu Tao. Even if those rumours were true, miHoYo could still mix things up considering that he's one of, if not the most popular upcoming character.
