Tartaglia, also known as Childe is probably one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact. It seems like we'll the option to have the option to get him as the first character of update 2.2 alongside three other four-star characters.

He's a very cool and diverse character thanks to his ability to constantly switch between melee and ranged attacks. Unlike Venti who's playstyle revolves around using his Burst and letting the DPS characters do the hard work, Childe has a much bigger learning curve.
As for the prediction, there are four rules by which four-star characters are appearing on the banner:
- First of all, the banner cannot include the starting characters Amber, Keaya or Lisa
- Characters cannot appear two patches in a row
- There has to be at least one four-star character that uses the same talent ascension books as the main five-star
Based on the third rule, we could have either Barbara or Diona in the four-star squad for this update cycle. Since Diona was featured a couple of patches ago in Yoimiya's banner, we will most likely see Barbara this time around.

The other two characters are much harder to guess. According to the number of skipped banners, one of them will most likely be Xinyan since she was mentioned in the official Version 2.2 live stream. The last character will most likely be either Fischl or Bennet based on skipped banners. Both of these characters are widely considered to be probably the best four-star characters in the game.
According to the rules, the upcoming Ayaka banner should include the following characters:
- Childe
- Barbara
- Xinyan
- Bennet or Fischl
