The developer of free-to-play action role-playing anime game Genshin Impact have released a new trailer for the game's 1.3 version, which is introducing several new, major additions.
Developer and publisher of Genshin Impact, Mihoyo have just dropped a brand new trailer for the upcoming 1.3 Update which is set to be released sometime next month, judging by the publisher's previous release scheduled.
The new update is set to introduce a ton of fresh content and some of it has been showcased in the gorgeous-looking trailer, which you can check out above. The trailer focuses on the Lantern Rite event, which features plenty of new arrives and mini-events during the same period.
Furthermore, the trailer reveals the new five-star hero named Xiao, who is featured in the upcoming update. We get to see him a little bit with his anemo kit and there's also the first look at his ultimate, which is some sort of a curse it seems. Sadly, we did not get to see any other new characters, that should be coming soon.

Also, there's a brand new type of battle arena with a lot more enemies than usual with some weird elemental components added in the mix. Could this be something that Mihoyo added just for the limited-time event, or it's here to stay? Guess we will have to wait for more info on that.
The new boss also took a big chunk of the latest trailer. Named Vishap, the new boss is an elemental dinosaur type enemy so it's safe to say it could become a new farming boss for many players.
