As the year is swiftly approaching an end, anticipation in the Tarkov community rises. The wipe can happen at any moment and now information about a new event is coming up. Here's everything we know.
A lot of content creators have said that Battlestate Games have reached out to them and spoke about the new Twitch Drop event going live on Escape from Tarkov .
With the exact wipe date still being a mystery, none of them can really confirm when the event will start but BSG did say that it is 100% going live before the end of the year.
Looking at how BSG usually launches the Twitch Drop events, it is safe to say that this event will be going live shortly after the wipe (roughly one or two weeks after the wipe).
While we are approaching the last third of December, it is only fair to expect the wipe to happen any day now or a wipe and an event to happen at the same time.
Escape from Tarkov
The exciting thing about these events is that they always open a window to what is coming next to Tarkov and what the community can expect in future events, drops and wipes.
The only thing left for the community to do is to loot, raid and wait and keep an eye out on BSG's Twitter until the new wipe happens and a fresh page is turned.
