If you love PvP in Elden Ring, you'll probably be ecstatic with the upcoming The Colosseum update, which adds new PvP modes such as duel, free-for-all and team fight.
From Software are adding new PvP content to Elden Ring tomorrow - December 7, 2022. Named The Colosseum, it's a free update that opens up the gates of the colosseums in Limgrave, Leyndell and Caelid, allowing players to engage in PvP battles like duels, free-for-alls and team fights.
Publisher Bandai Namco released an official trailer for the update, showcasing some battles and the arenas where players will get to fight.
From Software did not reveal any additional details about this update but we expect to see some additional changes in the official patch notes, which should be published tomorrow when the update goes live.
Given that the update is PVP oriented, perhaps we see some re-balancing on that front and changes to certain items and magic.
Elden Ring is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
