Xur is back once again and he's carrying some pretty good weaponry, as well as a few choice armour pieces for the Guardians.
Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
If you're not familiar with the location, just spawn in the aforementioned zone, turn slightly left and go toward a ridge that acts like a fork in the road. Once you reach it, take the path to the right and follow it until you run into a crashed Fallen ship.
At that point, you can either climb the rocks to the right of the ship or go through a tunnel underneath it to reach the vendor, as seen in the image below.

Recommendations
Dead Man's Tale and Hawkmoon both rolled with a good setup for PvP. Keep in mind DMT got nerfed in PvP recently so it might be a while before it's a strong pick again. Hawkmoon is glorious, as usual.
Chroma Rush has a roll that is good in both PvE and PvP but it's not the perfect one for either. Pick it up if you lack a good auto rifle option in any activity.
Warlocks had over 60 stat total on all armour rolls but the distribution is pretty meek so you might want to save those Legendary shards for something better in the future.
It's almost the same with Titans but the chest piece has pretty good stats and the rest of them are almost good.
