CD Projekt Red are known for their open approach to romance and sex scenes in the Witcher series. Cyberpunk 2077 offered to expand that particular aspect thanks to its setting and the developers happily decided to expand upon that feature.
CD Projekt Red held a gameplay session behind closed doors during E3 which provided a ton of new info regarding the setting, gameplay and character creation. Some news outlets also got to interview the developers that opened up a portal to an endless information dimension. Well not really endless, but the interviews still provided many juicy bits, such as the sexual aspects of Cyberpunk 2077.
Patrick Mills, the quest designer for Cyberpunk 2077, was interviewed by Eurogamer, and he spoke about companions, player base and the possibility of taking NPCs back to your place so to speak. According to Mills, there will be both long lasting romantic encounters and one night stands. Apparently this was showcased in the video that only some members of the press saw.
Continuing on the topic, Mills said that the choice whether you create V to be a man or a woman will impact the romantic possibilities. There are many bisexual characters in the game, but some of them are straight or gay. This design had immersion in mind because it wouldn't really feel natural if everyone was bisexual.
CD Projekt Red have also noted that Cyberpunk 2077 will be aimed at mature audience and will have full frontal nudity as a result. This goes for all parties involved, male or female, so players will not feel left out regardless of whether they prefer funbags with cake or bananas with nuts. Now that is the sort of inclusivity everyone can get behind.

Considering that it is now official that Cyberpunk 2077 will be made for mature audiences, it is safe to assume that the few times when someone was brutally attacked or shot in the trailer without any signs of blood was in fact because of their implants. Besides, there was plenty of blood when a person was greeted with a shotgun at 1:12 in the trailer.
