CD Projekt Red today provided details on Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.2, which is now live on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
The Update 2.2 will introduce several major features, including vehicle colour customisation options, new character creation options and much more.
The update 2.2 was created with the support of Virtuous Studio, who specialise in working on big projects and helping with quests, level design and more.

- New options in character creation
- New eyes, nails, faceplates and more
- CD Projekt Red say they have doubled the number of customisation options in character creation
- New character Randomiser feature
- Vehicle colour customisation
- Crystalcoat - A new feature will allow you to change the colour on several vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077 including Quadra, Mizutani and more.
- Twintone - You will also be able to scan car paint in the vicinity and apply that paint to your own car.
- Paint database allowing you to save paints and use them whenever you want
- New Vehicles
- Added ten new cars to the Auto Fixer website so players can now buy cars that were not previously available to own.
- Hang out with Johnny
- Players will also be able to enjoy the presence of Johnny Silverhand in the passenger seat as they drive through the city.
- Photo mode improvements
- Camera drone mode to allow players more freedom when moving the camera around
- You can disable the collision with objects to reach new positions with the camera
- New photo formats like vertical mode
- New lighting options
- Spawn more NPCs
- Frame your photos and hang them in your apartment
