CD Projekt Red have been keeping a tight lid on Cyberpunk 2077 info, and probably the tightest lid was on the most asked question - when is it going to be released? Turkish publisher that worked with CDPR, may have leaked that information.
According to Bilkom, the Turkish publisher that worked with CD Projekt Red on publishing The Witcher 3 in Turkey, Cyberpunk 2077 will be released at some point in 2019. This announcement came through a tweet on the publisher's official profile, but it has since been deleted.
With Twitter being an online service and all, it was only a matter of time when someone would re-upload the statement in the form of a screenshot. Turkish part of VGA247 did it first and posted an about a possible 2019 release. As it stands, Bilkom have stated that they assure fans that CD Projekt Red and (or) Cyberpunk 2077 will be in Turkey in 2019. The translation is a bit off and it's currently unknown whether Bilkom used a play on words in order to pull a publicity stunt.
Either way, we would guess it would be CD Projekt Red showing a bit of new gameplay in Turkey or even the second version of the previously seen gameplay, with male V. Then again, the tweet was suspiciously removed and Bilkom didn't address the issue further, which would presumably be the case if they accidentally slipped some wrong info.

This course of action points to some merit in Bilkom's original announcement, but there is still no official confirmation whatsoever. Keep in mind that the information should be taken with a grain of salt until an announcement by CD Projekt Red, and try to curb your hype for the moment.
We at AltChar tried, but some of us can still feel the tingles due to the possibility of release in 2019, which could be further hinted by the fact that CD Projekt Red still plan on releasing Cyberpunk 2077 on current generation of consoles.
