Caliber revealed the 2023 roadmap in early April 2023 and when it said that the new operator collection would arrive in Q2 2023, everyone started speculating when that might happen.
Since the game features an in-game timer that shows when the current Ranked season will end, which is in the last week of June, everyone assumed BOPE and the battle pass would arrive on that day.
However, 1C Game Studios had something different in mind and sprung a surprise on the fans, stating the new operators are coming much sooner.
On May 27, 2023, the devs replied to a tweet from BigfryTV that lamented the end of support for Super People. The reply stated that Caliber is doing good and it was, in fact, releasing a new battle pass "next week".
Since Caliber's weekly updates occur on Wednesdays, the most likely day for the big update is on May 31, 2023.
Additionally, battle pass in Caliber means that a new operator collection is coming since they are tied to each other. In this case, it is BOPE, and the devs already teased their Assault and Support on Friday and Saturday, May 26 and 27.
Provided they skip the Sunday, the teasers for the Medic and Marksman should occur on Monday and Tuesday, May 29 and 30, respectively.
With that schedule in mind and provided that someone at 1C Game Studios didn't troll us all, the release date for the BOPE battle pass in Caliber is May 31, 2023.
