Bandai Namco have opened 5,000 additional slots for Blue Protocol closed beta, which is set to start later this month. After the initial 50,000 players have been registered, the devs decided to offer extra slots so more fans can enjoy the game.

Blue Protocol is set to host a closed beta test later this month and last week, Bandai Namco have sent out the invitation to 50,000 lucky players who registered for the beta over on the official website.

However, it looks like there is still some room left for an additional batch of invites. Over at Twitter, the official Blue Protocol profile tweeted that 5,000 closed beta slots have been opened and those who would love to dive into the gorgeous-looking world of Blue Protocol can now register on the beta website page.

"We are accepting additional applications for CBT participants scheduled for April 23," the devs simply wrote in the tweet.

The additional recruitment period will run until Monday, 13 April 2020 so you better get it done as soon as possible since there is less than a week left before the closed beta registrations will close forever.

As for the beta test, it is scheduled to run from Thursday, 23 April until Sunday, 26 April 2020.

During the beta, players will get to explore various regions, take on unique enemies and meet many NPCs. You can read more about the closed beta test on the official website.

Blue Protocol is currently in development for PC and should launch sometime this year.
