An intriguing post has surfaced on the official Starfield subreddit. Within it, a Starfield player using the pseudonym DoomZero achieved the impressive task of scanning all 1695 planets across the various Starfield systems. What sets this accomplishment apart is that DoomZero meticulously documented every aspect of each planet, including flora, fauna, materials, anomalies, and all other elements found on these planets.
Anyone who has dabbled in Starfield is well aware of the exhaustion that can set in from scanning even a single planet, let alone all 1695. When inquired within the post about the duration of this incredible feat, DoomZero responded that it took roughly 180 hours to accomplish, with only about twenty of those hours dedicated to other activities, leaving the vast majority for the intensive task of planet scanning.
Alongside the substantial number of hours invested, his character also attained the remarkable level of 130. This achievement is particularly noteworthy since the highest recognised milestone for levelling in the game is at level 100.
What adds to the intrigue is that for every scanned planet, players receive a unique data disk to store this information. Given the sheer quantity of planets, finding a dedicated location for these data discs becomes essential. DoomZero posted an image on Reddit, revealing that he opted to stack his collection within his spaceship. The visuals of this vast collection are genuinely awe-inspiring; have a look for yourself.
A complete month has passed since the release of Starfield, and the enthusiasm for this game remains as vibrant as ever. Starting on September 5, the game is accessible for play on Xbox Series X|S and PC, and it's also conveniently included in the Xbox Game Pass library.
